Easter, Easter, and More Easter

EASTER EGG HUNT #1

WEATHER: FAIRLY CHILLY WITH A SLIGHT WIND

ALLOTED TIME: APPROXIMATELY 2 MINUTES
GOAL: 20 EGGS!!!

All ready to go...
And he's off...
Jayda ready for her turn
Jakobi just finishing up
Kres stopping to pose for the camera
So many to choose from with NO competition in sight...
And when it was all said and done...
two eggs from the hunt (one was even empty), and one given to him from Jayda.
GRAND TOTAL FROM HUNT #1 : THREE EGGS (not exactly 20)
Kresh, Kresh, Kresh, what went wrong little man?

Jayda and Jakobi did much better with their earnings.
Last but not least... Beckham's first ever Easter Egg Hunt consisted of standing for about 10 seconds, then sitting down, then hating the feel of the grass, then really hating the feel of the grass, and then happy to be sitting back in the stroller.

What a cutie! I love him!

More waiting
And....he's off!

Time's Up! Let's see how he did?
EIGHT EGGS!!! (not exactly 10, but much better than 3)
Way to go, Little Man!!!
Beckham luckily stayed home with Dad and didn't have to bear the cold.
--------------
My sister, Krissy, joined us for Easter Egg dying.
Kres was very concerned that we were "dying" the eggs. But, we tried to explain to him the two different meanings of the word.

We made Monster Eggs.

Krissy made her Primary Song Easter Egg about a frown on one side
and a smile on the other. So creative, Sis.
I think the finished products turned out so cute!
And, Beckham loved the company...
and trying on the monster trimmings...
and laughing at his mom.
The final shot from our Easter 2010 is Kresimir modeling the tatoos he got from his Great Aunt Geri.

HAPPY EASTER TO ALL!

Glad your camera is fixed--cute pictures! Did anyone tell Kres he was supposed to pick up the eggs and put then in his bucket? Sometimes we just assume kids know these things! Oh well, there's always next year! The monster eggs were perfect for Kres (although it makes the Easter Bunny seem a bit demented! : ) Glad he had a fun Easter--wish I could have been there!

Wow, that certainly is a lot of Easter celebrating! That should hold them over for a year at least :).

Fun times and adorable kids. Seems like the weather didn't cooperate anywhere this easter. We had wind, wind and wind. Can't wait to see everyone in person. It seems like I'm on a countdown now to summer!!

haha. sounds like our Easter egg hunt. My kids got their first egg, opened it, saw the candy, and thought they were set.

Looks like fun! It was fun to see Jayda and Jakobi too...we had rain, snow and hail here. It was ridiculous! That Beckham is getting so big! Your boys are darling Ky. xoxo
